There is beauty in bravery.

Hey friends! Happy Valentine’s Day! I recently took a trip to Disney World with my parents and my little sister Liv. We spent four days enjoying the weather, exploring Harry Potter World and reading by the pool! It was a nice little get away and I enjoyed spending time with family! This week I am going to talk about a new passion- which is seeing the world through the same lens as God, and how that has helped me to embrace my passion for travel.

I have always been very passionate about all things traveling, but recently within the last year or so, it became much more difficult for me to embrace both new and old experiences. The reason for this was obvious- however it was very sad to notice the switch. Luckily, with my lovely support and an entire world to explore, I am getting back out there. I have so much travel coming up which makes for a lot of nerves but it also means I have a lot to be grateful for.

Since my word for February is passion, I am really challenging myself to live out my passions rather than hiding behind fear. When I am comfortable, I am most likely giving into my ed, but when I am stepping out of my comfort zone, I am making the brave choice to live passionately and freely.

God created the beautiful world AND He created you and me as His children to explore it. We are all worthy of exploring the beauty that lives both inside us and around us. As I explore more of the world, I will remember that if I try viewing beauty through the same lens as God, I will be able to live in a world full of authentic beauty rather than letting my own thoughts consume my perception.
